On 23 June, the “Đura Jakšić House” gallery in Kragujevac hosted a presentation of CCSS 9.0, one of the most advanced packages for the selection, choice and placement of staff. The event was attended by almost 30 participants from 18 renowned companies, who had the opportunity to learn about the essence of the CCSS approach, its software support, and the benefits that clients gain from applying this system.

The presentation was opened by Nenad Popović, director of the Regional Agency for Economic Development. Over 90 minutes, the professional consultants of the CCSS team, Nebojša Carić and Miloš Arunović, presented and explained the essence of the CCSS approach and the corresponding ICT support. The event was organised by Milica Čukarić, a project manager in the field of economy and entrepreneurship. A short report on the presentation was produced by the media house TV Kragujevac and broadcast as part of its regular programme.

After the formal part, a tasting of quality wines was organised in the restaurant of the Đura Jakšić House. It served as an opportunity for participants to get to know one another better, to continue the professional discussion, to obtain answers to a few more questions and, of course, for pleasant socialising.

We thank the kind staff of the Gallery and Restaurant at the Đura Jakšić House, whose hospitable approach and on-site support contributed to the success of this event.

The methodology described above is based on the study of more than 1,000 papers by eminent scientists, experts and consultants in this field, and has been developed within the CCSS team over the past 30 years. The segments that represent original scientific contributions have been published in the proceedings of international conferences of Mensa and other organisations.
