We collect personal data primarily when you contact us through our contact form or when you apply for one of our training programmes. Depending on the form, this may include the following data:

first name and surname;

telephone number;
company name (optional);
country and city (optional);
the content of the message or enquiry you send us.

We do not request, and do not wish to receive, sensitive personal data (for example data concerning health, political opinions or religious beliefs). Please do not include such data in the message fields.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data solely for the following purposes:

responding to your enquiry and establishing contact;
organising and administering applications for training and workshops;
preparing offers and communicating about our services;
fulfilling legal obligations, where these exist.

Our website is static and, in its basic version, does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Should we introduce cookies or analytics tools in the future (for example to measure traffic), we will inform you in good time and, where necessary, request your consent, and we will update this policy accordingly.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Please note that no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
