A programme to improve business success and company development

We solve your current management and business problems alongside the transfer of modern specialist knowledge in organisational and management technology — so that your people keep working independently after we leave.

Introduction

Why your key people need answers

Improving the productivity, business success and development of any company requires an appropriate organisation of work and system functions, a management mechanism and people capable of leading it in an inspiring and efficient way. That is why it is essential that a company’s key people possess the knowledge that gives them answers to fundamental questions:

  1. What is happening in the market and how is it changing?
  2. What are the most important needs, biggest problems and wishes of current and potential customers?
  3. What are the most promising directions for the company’s growth and development?
  4. What should the company look like in three or five years?
  5. What organisational structure enables greater effectiveness and efficiency?
  6. How do we attract, select and place quality people?
  7. How do we choose and apply the leadership style that best suits a given situation?
  8. How do we achieve greater results and higher profit with the existing resources?
  9. How do we solve business problems efficiently?
  10. How do we innovate products, services, technology and market presence?

People, with their knowledge, experience and culture, are today more than ever the most important resource of any organisation and the main factor in creating a competitive advantage. The core purpose of this programme is to solve current management and business problems alongside the transfer of modern specialist knowledge in organisational and management technology.

„We cannot solve problems with the same way of thinking we used when we created them." — Albert Einstein
„If you want to teach people a new way of thinking and working, do not bother trying to instil new knowledge in them. Instead, give them new methods and tools whose use will lead them to a new way of thinking." — Buckminster Fuller

Programmes to increase performance and profit can be composed of one or more modules. This depends on the findings obtained in the company diagnosis, which is carried out as a separate unit. Every company can choose the modules that match its needs and the business situation it finds itself in. With this approach we shape short-term and long-term programmes for improving the organisation, management and business „tailored to the client", in line with their specific needs.

Our approach

Professional consulting services

Around each problem we form an appropriate team of our consultants (economists, engineers, IT specialists, psychologists, lawyers, etc.) who work together with selected people from the company to create and implement the right solutions. Our professional consulting services are generally shaped into nine areas, distributed across the corresponding modules:

  1. A comprehensive diagnosis of the organisation and its business environment (problems, business foundations and tendencies of change).
  2. Solving the priority problems identified in the diagnosis phase.
  3. Setting the directions for the further development of the company and its business.
  4. Optimisation of the organisational structure.
  5. Selection and placement of associates.
  6. Monitoring work performance and introducing measures to increase results.
  7. Creating strategies to increase revenue, profit and profitability.
  8. Improving the reward system.
  9. Improving employee motivation.

We take particular care that:

  • all important problems are clarified and ranked by priority,
  • the appropriate experts for the subject areas are engaged,
  • quality solutions that can realistically come to life are created,
  • the time of managers and employees is saved,
  • regular work is not disrupted while consulting activities and trainings are under way.

Within the agreed work, clients receive:

  • Short trainings supported by written materials, presentations and exercises,
  • Instruments, tools and procedures for the required analyses and decision-making,
  • Detailed reports with findings and recommendations,
  • Manuals covering the new knowledge,
  • Access to our software.

Identifying the authentic current and potential motivators and demotivators in the client’s company, analysing their impact and ranking them. Summary

Closing notes

Each module of professional consulting also contains a short training as an integral part, because the transfer of the required knowledge is essential for the client’s later independent work. You choose the modules independently — in the way that matches your needs and business situation.

Individual activities within the programme can also run in parallel, with the necessary synchronisation. In this way the duration of the project can be reduced, while the total engagement and the price remain the same (it is the same number of „person-days").

In each specific contract with the client, the following is specified, among other things:

  • what the client specifically receives,
  • the way of cooperation and the way of working during the project,
  • the time required for direct work with the client,
  • the calendar duration of the project,
  • the list of the consulting team members with short biographies,
  • the mutual obligations,
  • the prices of the agreed modules with deadlines and the method of payment.

Let’s assemble a programme tailored to your company

The initial conversation is without obligation. We will propose the modules that solve your priority problems the fastest.
