Miloš Arunović works primarily as an advanced software developer, ICT adviser and owner of a private ICT company. He is a member of the CCSS team developing a comprehensive system for the selection, placement and career guidance of candidates, on which he has been actively working for over 4 years. He collaborates with domestic and foreign companies on e-commerce projects, business process automation, manufacturing process automation and the development of an online presence, and regularly works as a consultant in the field of IT. Over the last 15 years he has created a large number of software solutions.
He began his professional career at the companies Comtrade DOO and SoftSerbia DOO. A few years after working as a web developer, he founded his own company, which continues to operate successfully in the field of software development. Miloš has been engaged on various projects in 5 countries - besides Serbia he has worked for companies in Australia, Austria, Italy and the USA. The development of e-commerce solutions occupies a significant place in his working career. As a project manager in his own company, he led the development project for the online shop of Fashion Compani DOO, Serbia; after that, as an adviser and project manager, he led the development of the online shop of a foreign company manufacturing and distributing LED displays, 4D Systems Pty Ltd, Australia. In addition, he works on the development of other medium-sized and small web shops at home and abroad: Fast Ventures srl, Italy; Termorad DOO, Serbia; FusionFormatics Ltd., USA; and so on.
One of the most successful projects he developed with his team was a document management system for the needs of the Austrian railways (Schienen-Control GmbH). This software was awarded the international Constantinus prize and was judged in Vienna to be a notably innovative solution. Later, that product was brought to market, where it reached TÜV - an organisation that acts as an official certification body. They recognised it as a useful and reliable software solution, after which the said organisation began using it for its own needs.
Over the last few years the focus of Miloš’s business has been on the automation of business tools and processes connected with modern web solutions. Some examples are the projects for JDM Expedite INC, USA - software for lead generation, data processing, the creation of documentation and contracts, software for business analysis and tracking, online training software and so on, as well as those for Continental - ContiTech AG, software for DMC printing and others. Miloš currently works mostly on the development of a comprehensive system for the selection and placement of candidates. Within this large project, his main responsibilities are the client applications, the user interface and the administrator dashboard for the CCSS software, and organising operations within the deployment of that system. These applications are developed to meet the requirements of business people who use the internet and mobile devices with the leading technologies employed in modern business.
Besides the activities mentioned, Miloš has for several years been specialising in the fields of management and marketing. Miloš is also increasingly working as a hands-on adviser on the application of information technologies, methods and tools for the management and selection of candidates.
In his free time Miloš works as a mentor in informatics at the Regional Centre for Talent. He organises sporting events for children (Street Open 3x3) with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and sport. His hobbies are tennis, basketball and popular psychology …
